Franklin came out to check my inverter even though I was not an existing client. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate the issue and contacted SolarEdge on my behalf. After determining that I needed a new inverter, he arranged for it to be shipped directly to me. Once it arrived, I called him and he came promptly to install it. He understood how urgent it was for us to get our solar panels back up and running after being without solar for two months, which had a significant financial impact. Franklin is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything. I will absolutely be calling him again for any future issues and highly recommend his services.
